These Terms of Service apply to BySky Tools and its related tool websites, including PromptSmith, ImgCrush, MakeQR, and PDFCrush. By using these sites, you agree to use the tools lawfully and responsibly.

Use of the service

You may use BySky Tools for personal or business tasks as long as your use complies with applicable laws, does not interfere with the service, and does not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files, text, QR data, prompts, and other content you process, enter, or generate with these tools. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, confidential, or otherwise inappropriate for online processing.

AI-generated content

PromptSmith and TaxKit may generate estimates or structured outputs using software rules or AI-assisted features. AI output and financial estimates can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for specific use cases. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any generated text.

No warranty

The tools are provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, data preservation, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BySky Tools is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.
